Anyone know the proper exhaust size for 6psi or 9psi. Or is it based on HP. For example only:

    under 200whp = 2.25" exhaust
    200-220whp = 2.5"
    over 250whp = 3"

    Thanks...

    I'd go 2.5"
3" is overkill for your set up.
but if ur worried about noise, your 2.25" is fine

Nobody really makes a bolt up 2.5" exhaust. Some guys make some you have to piece together and weld up and such. 3" is loud and stupid.

I'm sick of how my crap can sounds, so I'm going back to stock on my 9psi setup. Having a fartcan exhaust looks/sounds neither sophisticated nor mature. I'm almost too embarrassed to drive my Integra to work these days with my N1 exhaust system. It's getting pulled Sunday.

Yeah, I'm sticking w/ my 2.25" set-up. I've recently put a 26" long resonator to quiet my exhaust even more. It sounds deep & not loud (almost stock).
